Machinery/Production Process
We are equipped with 12 production lines, 34 tooling processing equipment (CNC, WEDM, grinding, milling, die spotting machine), 15 metal stamping machines and 54 injection molding machines (including 7 advanced double color injection molding machines), and so on. We also have our own laboratory equipped with a total of 83 different types of testers and equipment. We have a wide range of manufacturing processes including mold R&D, mold manufacturing, CNC, stamping, injection molding, silicone molding, laser engraving, painting, assembly, packaging, etc.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Quality control is our main concern in the production cycle. We have our own laboratory with various kinds of electronic equipment which are used in our quality control process. The quality assurance department of our company consists of four parts including IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC to ensure the product with one-stop quality assurance before delivery.
Quality Control Procedures
Our quality control process includes IQC (check incoming material quality according to AQL or customer's approved samples & requirements), IPQC (manage and control product quality throughout all process during production), FQC (check and test the product after it's finished), and OQC (random inspection and test the finished goods again before the shipment delivery).
In a nutshell, our quality assurance department will check at least 4 times to ensure the quality of products before the delivery to our customers.
Origin of Materials and Components
Most of our materials are sourced from the Chinese mainland. We also get some raw materials & components from America, Singapore and Taiwan.

Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week.
